Initial feasibility discussion needed regarding extension work on a chalet bungalow, including conversion of single storey extension to double storey, and conversion of garage to double extension. Associated roofing, dormers, etc. We are at the early stage of deciding whether to go ahead with all these works (and borrowing to do so), or to leave as is! We are looking for no-cost initial consultation please.
