I have suffered with plantar faciatis and bursitis in both feet on and off for years and it seems to ease with time, ice and stretching, now i have moved to a job where i am on my feet all day and walking at least 10k steps a day my feet and ankles are hurting all the time. I am hoping some form of insoles will help both problems. I also have a fungal condition in my big toe nail which has not got better using over the counter treatments i am worried it is passing to other nails so wondered how much these treatments would cost me if i got them sorted.
