Mainly back massage with some attention to my knees. My right knee is often painful as i bend the knee to move about. It is an ongoing ailment since 2015 when i was diagnosed with arthritis. My Doctor at the time said that i might have to have a knee transplant opp in about 5 years ie in around 2020.
