scaffolding to front double bayed end terrace - two stories - scaffolding over length of garage roof built onto the side to enable access for external decorators to paint rendering on side wall which is full length of house. Front access is for painting of stone bays and front rendering. No permit reqd; will be erected on private drive. House width is 9 mtrs including garage - depth is 9 mtrs. Thank you.
