Closed Air Conditioner Re-Gas

Can you re gas Air conditioner Bosch B1RKM09100 11 years old but hardly used & works better than my new power restricted 18,000btu air con..............I think it needs new CFC's if you can do that & you would need to fabricate an inlet/outlet as it has none. My parents live in Leeds so I can deliver to you when I visit as I am in Wiltshire. I know it is a small job but its important as the Bosch really helped my Asthma in the hottest of heatwaves-it's a great machine. Sad to see it go to Landfill. Many thanks.
