To renovate a property in Harlech North Wales. We need estimations of cost initially. We think it needs a new damp course, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, plastering etc. We are viewing on May 5th for the second time Ideally if a builder could meet us at the property to estimate costs that would be great. We are cash buyers so the purchase should be fairly quick once an offer is accepted.
