Converting house into two, one bedroom flats need advice and sound test ,house built in 1980's with wooden floor/ceiling joists, also very light breeze blocks on the inner of the outside walls , had test done a few years ago and past on impact but fail airborne by 3db /6db in bedroom /lounge.
