Hi there. I want a cut and highlights but three different tones of blonde I’m looking for a salon that’s friendly and helpful and with someone who as a lot of years experience with hair as I’m new to Liverpool and I haven’t had my hair cut or coloured for the last four years or so and I’m quite nervous of having it cut too short because it’s taken me so long to grow it please could you advise me on recommended salons in Liverpool. thank you.
