Closed surf board and wet suit hire

looking to see if you rent surf board stand up type when if csn manage and wet suit. anything else u need? novice mature adult. or if u just sell whats a cheap good enough board for learner not too long. and wetsuit if u need round here for approx 5ft 10 12 stone. is there any thing else like rope to board to leg so dont lose it and csn get back on and at least paddle lying on it if tired from too many stand up attemps. sorry dont have a clue but looks fun if not too dear. cheers pal rgs mark
