I am looking for a venue to hire to hold a meeting on a week day during w/c 4th August. I'm anticipating we would need the room for approximately 4 hours probably in an afternoon. There will be approximately 30 people attending. We would need a room/building which has kitchen facilities as we will need to provide refreshments and also will need toilet/bathroom facilities. At this stage I am unsure as whether we will require a projector but it would be useful if there was one available and also a flip chart. Lisa Stapleton Heathwatch Rutland
