Closed Vaillant ecotec pro 28 boiler repair

My Vaillant eco tec pro 28 boiler shows 1.7 bar yet fails to fire up , after 3 attempts shows red light and error code f45. Am told its a sludge build up in the water pressure sensor and requires a new sensor and possible recharge of the expansion vessel. After the red light comes on I add a small amount of water to the system and it always fires up and works perfectly. Do this procedure most days. Would like a quote if possible. Thanks
