Need an enclosure, say 60 x 140 x 210 mm, say ally or plastic. Contents 25 x 25 x 80 mm aluminium tube insulated from chassis. Mounted on tube is a 80 x 80 x 2 mm heatsink. Attached to the heatsink are 4 peltier devices. Similar heatsink above devices with 5 volt cooling fan. Connections made via 40 x 80 veroboard, (attached to enclosure) connections TBA. Aluminium tube arranged in such a way as to allow insertion of gas soldering iron as heat source, held by spring clip. Meat cooking thermometer blade attached to lower heatsink Also needs some ventilation holes in enclosure, ideally clip on lid. Max temperature say 200 Celsius. Need a price for around ten off please
