Hi. I acquired a spent US Army shell whilst in the RAF in the first Gulf war in 1991. I'm now (27 years later) looking at getting it buffed up. The brass shell is approx 1 metre tall with a diameter of 20 cms. It doesn't need to be highly polished - just smartly presentable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
