Closed Taxis for emergency collection from site to hospital or home for employee

Have a Taxi form in place for us to use in emergency situations. This will need to be done by PO payment method and taxi form set up as the site's 'vendor'. So each time a taxi is required the cost is sent to the site and the company given a PO number to receive. Site is only open from 8am - 5pm and occasionally work Saturdays 7am - midday.
