Supply & fit 3 external doors, including frames, facings & ironmongery. Brick-to-brick dimensions of door openings are approximately 1990 x 990, 1765 x 710 and 1920 x 955. I require all construction timber to be of good quality, preferably redwood, and pre-treated to prevent rot. All 3 doors should be ledged (x3) and braced (x2). For each door, I would like you to supply and fit the following ironmongery: 1. Three quality galvanised T-hinges of appropriate size in a manner that takes account of security, such as using coach bolts on the doors (please advise what you recommend). 2. Two deadbolts, fitted through top and bottom ledges, each with a quality padlock. 3. One quality mortice lock (again, advise recommendation). 4. One sturdy door handle. I expect workmanship of the highest standard, completed quickly, tidily, without fuss and accompanied by a written guarantee.
