I had an accident 2 weeks ago causing frontal damage to my Toyota Yaris September 2012 registration. The insurance company wants to put the car at a total loss due to their repairers estimated costs to repair the damage. It has been classified as a class H non structual damage by their engineer. I have disputed the total loss and im desperately trying to find somewhere that could carry out the repairs at a more appropriate cost! My car is everything to me and I will do what i can to get it repaired and back to me. The estimate currently is £4077 with the market value being estimated at £5380. The vehicle would need to be recovered from the garage it is currently at by the garage who would be prepared to carry out the repairs. Living in hope.
