I can offer face painting and balloon modelling to keep them entertained for two hours but have to advise that children will not be allowed to be unchaperoned during this time and under 3's need supervision with balloons. If all this is too much, there is a company called Tinies in Hampton who offer creche facilities at weddings and this might be suitable too.
