Our son's house is semi detached and built in the late 1800's. Damp has been observed on the outside of one wall together with condensation problems inside the property. I guess that there must be a certain amount of rising damp and therefore it is important to rectify the situation. Really it needs somebody to visit the property and appraise us as to the necessary solution and approx. cost Thank you
