I have recently purchased a property on Middle Deal Road which needs some work doing to it as identified during a home condition survey, roof, wiring, guttering, pipes, blown bricks, fascia boards. I also have plans to move some walls, possibly drains and soil pipes and relocate the bathroom as well as looking in to create a utility room on the ground floor which may mean extending.
