Hello , not really sure if it’s a chiropractor I need but I’m 22 and regularly g to the gym and okay rugby I’ve ad lower back pain for about a month now and the doctors just keep sending me away with anti inflammatorys , it hurst whe. I’ve been seated and getting up and when I bend down.just afer some advice ; cheers jack
