At home care for my elderly in laws, one of whom, my father in law, is suffering from early signs of dementia. The care required would be preparing three meals a day, five days a week for both (8am - 6pm), helping my father in law with washing and dressing first thing in the morning and doing any daily housework required by my mother in law .
