I want some balloons to decorate tables for my husband's 60th birthday lunch and to have some decorating the reception room- probably free-standing. Was wondering about colours and wondering about claret and blue for reception area and some with 60 on (not all) and maybe a more subtle tone for the dining room and how you arrange them.
