I an nearly 55 and need a flat with wet room etc because of very bad health, east or north m/c pref, council would have done alterations to this flat but landlord refused. Suffer from Arthritis in toes and fingers, Tendonitis, spine problems, ligament/tendon problems in knees and elbows, Emphysemia, small vessel disease, Epilepsy and depression.
