I only have a few teeth left. I have part lower denture ( only 2 teeth left in bottom ) I have a 4 teeth bridge in the upper front which has now snapped. also have another 4 tooth bridge which is loose and causing pain. I have 6 of my own teeth in upper jaw but they are cracking and I am in constant pain. I want all my teeth and bridges removed all this has happened as to no fault of my own . I claim esa and pip. My name is Yvonne meredith underwood. registered with the surgery Ystrad Mynach. If you can't take all my teeth out please don't get in touch as I will go to Bulgaria and get it done.
