I currently have a concrete sectoral garage that I world like to replace or Refurb. The size is 8'7"by 16'1" I want it to be water tight and insulated, but I can do the insulation myself if that's not part of the service I want to replace the main door with side opening did or upvc French doors. It will become an art studio The floor needs raising as outside levels are too high and water is getting in. I'm based at 22 Lindsay Avenue Leyland PR25 3FE
