Hello. My GP recommended that I had some sort of massage treatment after examining me when I had severe pain in the muscle of my left arm. This pain is now in both arms and legs and and is extremely painful especially after trying to sleep at night. Movement, showering, and pain killers help but I am never free from pain at the moment. There is a lot of clicking on in the muscles in the muscles. I would very much appreciate some advice
