We are located in the centre of the city near House of Fraser department store, not Old Trafford, I don't understand why Cylex sent this to us, but if you are able to come to the city centre, we can do a free colour consultation and allergy test, this test must be done over 48 hours before we can apply colour to your roots but is valid for 6 months once done. We also have some excellent products to help with thinning hair. You will receive £10 off your 1st Cut and Finish with our Stylist or Senior Stylist (please see our price list on www.ruperthayeshair.co.uk).
