Repair of cast-iron gutters. e.g. joints and specific weak points that need a STRONG, high, water-weight bearing- resistant adhesive, as used in the plumbing trade. Not putty, or similar weak adhesives. The house is built 1935 approx. so tall ladder required, and an up-and-over ladder to span a small, tiled sloping roofed out-house(attached to building at the back), to access the upper gutter.
