Hi, my hortsman economy 7 boiler isn’t working. No hot water. The boost button warmed a small amount of water after pressing it 3 - 4 times in a row, now that doesn’t seem to work either. Many thanks Trish

    R.F. Smith Electrical, posted on Tuesday 5 December 2017 You're very welcome. Not all electricians are familiar with Economy 7 so they can be a little confused when first confronted with it. Best to ask if they have experience of Economy 7 systems just to be on the safe side. If it's just the Horstmann time switch which is faulty, then the majority should be able to swap this for you. It may also be the immersion heater element within the tank, in which case you need either an Electrician (with insurance for Water work), or a good Plumber.
