Closed TV Aerial - and TV reception

Aerial checked as very bad reception, a number of channels disappeared and most channels freezing. Had no problems until the middle of last week but now impossible to receive any channel clearly. I have a BT vision box and both the amazon an Netflix channels are okay although the very occasionally freeze also.
