my son who lives in York has a leak on a radiator valve and had to turn rad off, now a cold bedroom, not sure if valve needs replacing or repacking, both valves do turn rad off. Secondly want a quote to fit a bath shower mixer, this he has, Thirdly need a quote to supply and fit of new basin and pedestal, want size same as is if possible to avoid any tiling works and any new flooring. Rad valve is urgent as now very cold
