1) Had water leak under suspended wood floor of 6 year old kitchen extension. Floorboards up & puddle being reduced with dehumidifiers. Need units, floor, etc. putting back to how they were before (? some replacing?), insulation under floor replacing when all dried out, . Obviously job not immediate, but need quotes for insurance. 2) Replacement some cork tiles in conservatory, part of same estimate. Again job not urgent , estimate is. 3) Need plastic liner for leaking wooden gutter across front of house. Not part of insurance claim, so separate estimate & needs doing now.
