Closed Glass for table top

We are searching for a piece ofor custom glass to serve as protection for an oak bathroom vanity unit. The size we require is 48cm x 123cm, with curved edges. The glass will also need four holes cut into it to allow pipe access for sinks and taps. We would prefer the glass to have a rounded / non sharp edges. I hope to post a paper template to indicate where our plumber requires the holes to be cut. Acquiring suitable fuxtures such as clear sticky pads to secure it to the table top would be very useful. To fit with our plumbers schedUley, we require this glass ASAP, within the next week. We caneed collect in person if this helps to keep the price of the piece down.
