I have double glazed windows and doors that were fitted in 1998. The handle / lock on the back door is broken (although still works) and needs replacing. The handle / lock on at least 3 of the windows are broken and need replacing (2 of which now fail to work). No immediate urgency but needs attention sooner rather than later.
