Closed Ecu repairs

I have a faulty ecu and need it tested and repaired . On the back is a Lynx sticker with part no.mne/1002714. Man no.mne/10027. Ser.no.28594. It looks like it has been repaired before. Is it worth repairing again. Thanks.
