I live in one of 13 properties with un made road. We would like to consider the tarmacking of the road. Support has been ascertained from the other occupants. As with the rest of the road, no curb side required and houses on one side with fields on the other. Not my field of expertise so would need the process and details of such a project explained to me. The road is not a through road
