The new clay tile roofing and hip tiles are to match the existing property and are to be seated on 25 x 50 s/w tantalised battens over a breathable roofing underlay with the roof being insulated below and between the rafters with Celotex insulation or similar. A full set of Architects drawings and notes are available. Copies of insurance and at least three local references are required with all quotations.
