This is a high building. There are a few slates on the roof that need replacing. The back side of the roof has had a plant growing out of it causing the mortar seal between the slates and the large stone tiles to come away with the resultant leaking through to upper rooms. A length of Iron guttering has just fallen off this will need replacing also.
