I Want to get an implant in my arm removed . I have been trying for several months to get this removed but the clinic in banbury was closing down so when i went there they loged all myinformation on system and they were supposed to contact me when they were moving clinics with an appointment but still haven't heard anything . I need it removed due to the fact of constant bledding sever headaches and dissey spells blurred vision mood swings .thank you
