Closed I need 2 witnesses (solicitor or notary) to my signature on a Power of Attorney form. What would you charge for this?

I am buying a property in Ontario, Canada, and need a Power of Attorney for my son-in-law, who resides in Ontario, to sign the completion forms on my behalf. The POA is being sent to me by my Ontario lawyer, and just needs 2 witnesses to my signature.
