Good afternoon, We have a customer who purchased a Mono Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap with Pull Out Rinser from us and they are having problems with it. We do not offer a fitting service so are looking for a plumber to visit and resolve the issue. Problem - the tap only draws a small amount of water the boiler does not fire up, the only way we can get hot water in the kitchen sink is by boiling a kettle. Is this something you can assist with and if so how much would it cost at a fixed price, postcode is PL21 9JR We would send a replacement tap to the customer beforehand. Kind regards,
