The main spec is for a solid roof 'sun room' addition to the back of the house. This will require removing part of an existing weight bearing wall. Size - as large as allowable without needing planning permission. (Council will not say what that is). Additional spec's if funds allow: Add solar PV to roof to provide under floor heating to new extension. Convert utility space to toilet - this space is an old ground floor addition with hot and cold water and electrical outlet, currently housing a washer and providing back door access to the garden. It may have been a toilet at one time. Enlarge existing kitchen window. This is for a narrow terraced property in Cleethorpes - existing exterior width is 9 foot. There are no ground floor windows on the adjacent property so 'blocked light' should not be an issue.
