To start by 14/4/17: - Fit chimney pot cowl. - Isolated areas of repointing to brickwork around house & remove debris built-up to lead work behind stack. - Repair flashings around base of stack. - Replace cracked ridge tiles on western apex and western verge of front pitch. - Re-clip loose cables to the front. -Replace stepped bitumen flashing to north-west corner. - Replace two broken tiles to front dormer and one slipped tile to rear dormer. -Fill in hole in back wall through to dining room. -Replace garage window unit.
