I am in receipt of ESA PIP CTC and looking to relocate from tyne and wear to anywhere within half hours drive of crawley. Misy take DSS. I have one 13 year old child andi also have 1 very small dog, a chihuahua. Would be able to raise deposit and first months rent by myself but then be in receipt of LHA benefits. Min 2 bed property. No flats or maisonettes but consider bungalows, any type of house, as long as either has level access entry for my wheelchair or would be allowed to have ramp fitted. Stairlift beneficial...would apply for grant myself if landlord would allow. Would be removed and eedecorated prior to ending tenancy.
