dear sir madam i am seeking to instruct sollictors as a landlord to assist me to evict my tenants who do not pay their rent on time and who are not looking after the property properly. I am intending either to resume living in the property myself after repairs and renovations or to sell the property. there has been a short hold tenancy for 6 months from 7.2.2014 which was not renewed but went on and on. is this something your company can help me with?
