I need a customer friendly NHS dental practice with a dentist I can trust to work in my interest and one who will give me time to discuss my needs and options. I have three dentures in the front of my mouth which I had to get following a broken crown stump which could not be repaired. The dentures are loose and I also want to have spare ones as I'm terrified about not having front teeth as happened following the problem just mentioned. My teeth are in a bad state generally and I need to understand my options re trying to clean them and what might be possible so I have back teeth which I dont have. I look forward to a response.
