What I am looking for is a building firm or flooring firm to take up the sub-base of the floor 13" x 11" and leave enough room for a membrane of 100 to 150mm celotex insulation plus screed to finished job Would like to take advice Work is in a Bungalow so no access problem Please Quote for work
