1st my keyboard went on my laptop,I could get the on board keyboard to come up.Then someone said that they could fix the keyboard for me,but when I got it back nothing seems to work(ie: the monitor will not come on,it has been charging for 2 days but it is still showing a red light)can anyone help me please
