I am looking at having the existing back garden (25m x 10m) reconditioned. It either involves cutting, scarifying and completely reseeding or levelling and turfing. Currently, grass is just satisfactory, but needs thickening. Further, looking to brickwork erected. (L 3m x W 1m x H 0.75m) to form large dual aspect bench.
