I am willing to install a floating oak wooden floor in my flat which is in multi storey portered block in london. The underlying surface is made of timber floorboards. The requirement set by Landlord is a maximum of 64dB impact sound. They want an assessment by independent acoustical consultant that certifies that the job to be carried out will meet requirements
